Winemaking: After hand-picking, the free run juice was fermented and aged in old oak for 1 year before bottling. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and lees contact for two and a half years before disgorgement.
Colour: Peach white
Bouquet: Earthy notes with strawberry, melon and apple strudel.
Palate: Dry and persistent with an element of creamy complexity. Bright, crisp fruit is the backdrop for more interesting flavours to develop over time.
